Short answer, not really.

Unless you like cleaning dust out of your air filter and replacing it more often than with a stock air box.

Also if you ever look into getting your jeep wet there are nice snorkel kits for the stock airbox setup already.

Honestly there's not much you can do....
Just learn your jeeps rpm band and try and stay in it at all times so you never lug the engine. That's the only tip I have for you
