Jeep Information

I have an 86' CJ7 with a Dana 44 Rear Differential (3.31 Ratio) and a Dana 30 Front Differential (3.31 Ratio) with a 4" Suspension Lift and 35" Tires. It failed smog horribly and is now a CA Gross Polluter. No Mechanic can figure it out. BUT I'm wondering if those stats factor into the emissions?
