Where is the "seat belt unbuckled" sensor?

I am getting the airbag and seatbelt lights coming on occasionally while driving. I've read that this can be caused by the sensor that detects whether the seatbelt is buckled or not. Can anyone point me to this? I've looked in the parts catalog but can't find anything relating to it. Is it perhaps a non-serviceable part of the buckle itself?
