Drove it. Yesterday and today, lots of driving.

Yesterday, got 18.1 in mixed highway and local. Today, 21.2 highway only.

Went driving yesterday to the new cabelas, survived the mayhem. Got the bug and went driving today, and ended up at the gun range. Blew a few rounds down the barrels and carted all the toys back home.

Jealous. None of my weekend driving got me to a range.

My toys are all mad at me for not taking them out to play.

Mine have been feeling neglect all year. Ammo, and most importantly to me, reloading supplies have been hard to find. Didn't really want to use my stash until I saw supplies start returning. Unless someone does something stupid in the near future, we should start seeing stable supplies, though thin, by xmas. Turned my shoulder funny colors with the 45/70 guidegun I took out. Was a lil hot, so we didn't stay long. Hail storm rolled thru there a few hours later.

We don't reload but a friend does, so we keep our brass for him.

We both had stocked up reasonably well before the rush and we've been judicious since. And bought when we could find a decent price.

I'm itching to take my new toy out for more than a 20-rd sighting in session (it was bloody hot/humid that evening).

I'll have to make another trip out to the range next weekend, or the one after and see how I do. The Liberty makes it a tad easier to haul the toys out for some fun.
This was from the 375H&H, 4 shot grp, pulled the second shot sadly. Also took a newly assembled AR for a break in. Worked flawlessly, felt like shooting a BB gun after the cannons.

Nice grouping! Yeah, you pulled it, but not far.

My new toy is a newly-assembled AR as well. The only rifle that doesn't hurt my shoulder (torn cartilage from catching) besides a .22.

Everything else is a handgun

Finally got my super skink sliders on!

Glad I had them powder coated before I put them on... No way am I ever taking them off again. They were a ***** and a half to get on in the first place. The template is off by very small amounts but enough to drive you crazy.

Installed my new deck. Wires and being color blind don't mix well. First time I tried to turn it on, it came up with some error message and Jeep wouldn't even start.

That's why they've got printed labels on the wires

Mine looked exactly like that. I just did them last saturday. You are right the difference is overwhelming.

Did you put back NGK's OEM spec? How many miles did you have on your plugs?

1175 mile round trip, 18.8 mpg fully loaded w/ cargo carrier and stuff loaded on top...such a great trip...just wish they didn't charge the fee now for the permit to drive on the beach everywhere in OBX
