It's just a body code, doesn't mean a thing in the real world, but that is how we identify a vehicle at the dealership or with DCX.

Well with the problems they seem to be having with ball joints, lets hope it doesn't get know as a "killer Jeep"

Killer Jeep is not very nice. I have not heard anyone seriously hurt from the ball joint recall (not saying it hasn't happed, I just hope not.). I know two people nearly killed with the Ford Explorer/Firestone thing. At least Jeep isn't waiting until they have a number of very serious injuries to acknowledge a problem.

I agree. I think DCX has done a great job in troubleshooting the TSBs as well as the LBJ. They put together a good fit and finish vehicle, one that even gets the attention of other model Jeep owners and perhaps makes them a bit insecure.

Exactly my point LIBAR8R. If you want to post about the LBJ go to another post. But if you want to raz on the other Jeep owners that what we have is not a Klunker Jeep, then lets keep this post going...LOL

KJ = KILLER JEEP!!!!!!!!!!!
