I did the front brakes. Bought the upgraded rotors and pads for the front and WOW what a difference. THe old pads were getting pretty thin.

I ordered the back shoes. A look see on them and they are close too. I will try to see if I can get the drums turned. (2002 came with drums)

Replaced the front rotors, pads and passenger side brake caliber. The rear brake shoes are next on the list.

When the pavement ends, you better have some ground clearance!

Pic of the tow hooks? Or the dirt on his face?

Just got my 2006 Sport Trail Rated a week ago. So did oil change on engine and tranny, spark plugs, new wipers, relay for air conditioner 1-2 fan settings, then new mortar for rear wiper, and a clean washing

I just love to go where no man has gone before.

I just finished 100K maintenance & repairs. New timing belt, idlers, tensioner, new t-stat, New GRAF Water Pump w/ METAL (Brass) impeller, Cleaned Valve Cover/ intake (damn EGR), New sep belt, new Hayden fan clutch, new MAP sensor, again damn EGR, Change fuel & air filter. While valve cover was off notice a problem with one of the lifters, fixed that, had to have a new turbo inlet hose too. Took a 100 mi trip to check out everything and the temp sensor went south.

Replaced another famous Jeep brake caliper. This one the plastic piston rear right. Tried to disassemble, but that joker was seized and stubborn.

Not all today but recently.

Oil change, alignment, rotation, brake pads, rotors, new brake shoes in the drums, resurfaced the drums, inspected the front intermediate drive shaft, have to replace the cv joint, maybe the whole shaft. Back window regulator broke, shopping for a replacement. Really thinking about doing a lift this year and some new bumpers.
