Could be a good score.

"Engine issue" could be horrible or something easy you never know. If you are mechanically handy i say go for it. Low mileage jeep around me like that running would easily fetch $7000-8000 no problem.

Watch it be something like the ignition actuator pin and the owner doesnt know better.
