Surprised by Liberty! Need some advice...

Hi, I had my company car in for service so rented a Liberty for kicks. MAN, I think the LIB is downright fun to drive and cool! Funny thing is I was seriously going to trade in my BMW Z3 for a 02 Grand Cherokee Limited V8 (Jeep has some good cash incentives on the JGC right now) but now I'm looking at the Limited. But now I'm in a situation, with the great deal on JGC, the difference between the LIB LTD with all the options vs. Limited JGC would only be about $4,000 bucks. V8 or V6.... Any comment?

PS - I was stoked about the Liberty Renegade til I found out a 5-speed with V6 may not be avail til the end of the year, and only comes in GREEN!

My wife and I stepped out of a 2000 Grand and into a 2002 Liberty, I thought she would be disapointed but she loves her Liberty it is just as plush just a little smaller and she thinks it is Cute as you can see from her pesonalized plate. http://photos.yahoo.com/tcoop123 oh on the power thing the Liberty does have more get up and go than the Grand.

Nice looking truck, I especially like the twin exhausts. How does it sound? Oh, and thanks for your feedback. Hmmm. you found the 3.7 is quicker than the 4.7 V8? Wow! That's interesting to know. Thanks

The exhaust sounds great it is not to loud, it sounds like the 4.7L with it's stock exhaust. The dual exhaust also helped the gas mileage by 1 to 2 mpg.

Add the Volant Air Intake system. It will add more umph than even the exhaust.

Oh, does the Volant add any noise from the engine compartment any sucking sound becauce my wife doesn't want it to be any louder than it already is with the exhaust.
