Spare Tire Spacer
OK,
This place is dying, is anyone still around?? I replaced the stock tires with Goodyear MTR 245 75 16's and the spare tire is too big to fit on the back. I spun the bracket around and now I can't open and close the window without it hitting the tire. I know Rocky Road and Rustys have spacers, but I'm sick of waiting for them to send stuff that's on order. Did anyone here do it? How? Daniel

What wheels are you using?I've got the same tires on stock steel wheels and it's close but it opens no problem. If you need to use it just get some washer from a hardware store for now and install enough for the window to open. Here's a pic.

Oh man, what a great picture!
Is that a Hi Lift mounted there on the back? I have the factory 16in Renegade wheels and that damn thing is too big.. I am going to spin the brack back around, but the bottom just wasn't going to work with the little bumper cutout. I'll try it again tonight.. |

I knew they offered it, I just can't justify $25 and another month of calling them every day to check on my order...
They're great folks, but the recent excitement obviously has them overwhelmed. |
