Rusty ole tail pipe
After about 1000 mile the tailpipe is all rust and makes the back end of the '08 Liberty look like crap. What is that thing back there anyway? It must be a sound resinator. It's all rust already too. I'll be suprised if it lasts a year. I just put some flat black bar-g-que grill paint on it. Looks alot better.

Its a resonator. Cut it off.

Get it replaced by the dealer....so that there is a log of the event...in case anything else goes bad too early.

mine is rusty too, looks like crap. i'll be visiting the dealer soon.

so far mine looks ok after wire brushing it and spraying with black heatresitant paint.
