Yup. Hypertech makes a programmer. I run it on my KK and it works on the KJ as well.

24hp and 24 tq. Most gain about 1-2 mpg. Makes driving more tolerable.

I am interested in the programmer as well, but I haven't heard enough to convince me to get one yet. I had gained 2-3 mpg just by changing my oil from what ever was in it (I purchased it only late last year) to a Valvoline 5W30 synthetic blend. I will eventually go full synthetic once I figure out the mysterious oil leak that never leaves drip spots.

I use a HyperTech on mine, didn't make a difference in gas mileage. Don't really know about HP/TQ I never really romp on it so I couldn't say if it made any difference there either.
