p0304 Problem HELP!!!

Hey guys I googled the p0304 code and was brought to this forum I noticed a guy had the same problem but his was he was missing a plug lol oops lol. Mine is different let me explain.

When my jeep idles it has a rough shake too it. so i figured the plugs were bad I swapped the plugs but still has the shake. I left it alone for a little while to see if it would right itself no such luck. MIL came on saying P0304 so I swapped the coil pack with cylinder 1 to see if the code would move best way to check that out. I also moved the spark plug to the same cylinder but still P0304. the exhaust smells fine doesnt smell like rich fuel or rotten eggs (bad catalytic converter) So I dunno what else I can do to test any ideas??

Swap the injector to a different cylinder. Need to rule out fuel delivery. Then check compression.
