Off-road lights on the bumper?

I just got a 2004 KJ. I also picked up a set of off road lights at wal-mart today. I didn't realize how tough it would be to mount these on the bumber. Any ideas on how to do it?

Best way is to get a ARB front bumper.

I did it and it's a complete and utter pain. It takes alot of time and alot of patience. You WILL get very frustrated in the process

This is sounding like I made a mistake :/
Do you think it would work if I drilled the holes, then replaced the factory bolts with self tap bolts, and just used those?
