Mopar running boards

Hello all! So I've had a similar thread to this one in the past but never actually got the running boards because the guy decided he was gunna keep his jeep and not part it out. Anyways, I picked up a new in box set of the Mopar side steps off craigslist for $125. They guy bought and never got around to putting them on and they sat in his garage for years. Anyways so I'm actually going to mount these soon but it didn't have any instructions so I'm just doing a lot of guess work. The brackets aline with the holes on the frame nicely but I don't have any holes to mount onto on the underside of the rocker panel area. I'll post pictures to be sure I'm looking in the right area but from what I can tell there is nothing there. So I will likely have to drill some holes through to mount these but I wanna be sure. Anyone have the factory side steps that could snap a pic of the bracket for me?

Also how am I suppose to get the bolt circled in green in this pictures in the frame and out the hole? Do you just have to angle it in and out the other side? Or so there a trick to this?

Alright actually I answered my own question. I got the bolt through its not the easiest but I got it. So would it be okay for me to drill into the rocker panel right here?
