Lol yeah that may be true, but I love driving my 3.7 libby very much. Maybe one day Ill own a diesel, until then Ill enjoy the flowmaster rumbling out of my current Jeep.

If it wasn't for the 0% financing and the no-haggle $4800 off the list price on the gasoline version, we would have a diesel Liberty. A diesel would have been nice. Not all Americans are against the diesel. A diesel would have been a great option on the Wrangler.

Yeah it would. If there is a diesel offered I may consider it for my next jeep purchase. But then again by the time I am ready for a new rig it will be fiat jeep and Ill just buy an older model.

Im not sure that's really an issue. Ive gotten as much as 740 miles on a tank of fuel. I regularly get 550 to 600 miles per tank. Im pretty sure you can find a station with diesel when you get that many miles per tank.

That said I LOVE my CRD. Ive got over 330 foot pounds of torque with my Inmotion chipped truck. I can burn both tires on dry pavement from a dead stop for 30 feet! With respect to the KJ gasser guys, Id NEVER own one of those engines. Crappy mileage and way under powered. And yes I have friends who own gasser KJ's. Ive driven them and Ive let them drive my truck and they all say they wished they'd gotten a CRD after driving my truck..

My point is to help convince you that your idea is a good one, not to insult gasser KJ's.
