Somebody posted about that light bar before. It's very cheaply made and is mounted with double-sided tape. IIRC, the owner said his blew off at highway speed and shattered!

This is not a quality lite bar. It will separate from your rig and be sliding down the road somewhere.

Yeah, the OEM Mopar Renne light bar is good quality with Hella lights. That one in the link isn't worth 2 cents.

I've seen one of those Mopar clones installed on a LTD. here in B.C.
and they look totally cheap!
This is what I am doing for roof mounted off road lighting.
I permanently mounted an additional pair of Thule 400 series foot kit and
roof bars to the front of the roof with nut serts and stainless steel hardware.
(Along with a Thule wind deflector I had.)
To this I am going to mount four lamps out of my collection of lamps!
As well as a wired remote search light in the middle

I believe if you attached the light bar securely, it would work well enough. The issue is with use of double sided adhesive, good for temp work only.

If you mounted the ebay light bar as securely as the mopar one would be, it would be fine.

But the El Cheapo ones do not have the same mounting provisions as the Mopar unit.
