No, not usually.
You have to order those items seperately.
The two best places to order from are All J Products or Jeepin by Al.

Yes, you can buy it as a "kit"
Marlin is excellent to deal with.
I've bought allot of stuff from him.

the guy at my local shop recommended a rough country 3" lift. i know y'all say stay away from coil spacers, but this does have a lifetime warranty on everything but the shocks. is this a good idea? he said it would run about $600 with install and alignment.

So with that lift the only they warranty is the front spacers and rear coils. You will gain nothing for actual lift in the front by adding spacers since the front coils will only sag faster.
This has more effect then just vehicle height,it also effects braking and handling.get the full coil lift and be done with it unless you want to have to redo everything in a year or two which will cost twice as much when said and done.

Install can be done by yourself.Just take out the front coilover assemblies and take to a local shop to have them put together with new shocks, coils, and the stock top plates/isolators which should run about $20-$40.Then of course you will need a alignment.
If you can't do it yourself expect between $350-$600 depending on the shop.

Best way to do it
save up and do it right
spacer lifts are junk and those who have used them only do for a short time before swapping over
My first OME lift lasted 100,000 miles and is now on another KJ
so in the end its money spent wisely
