Liberty Window Mount Breaks-

A few years ago, the front driver window just "fell"... on my work in a snow storm! Pulled into the nearest auto shop and had it fixed for $250.
Then a few weeks ago the passenger and left side back window fell...
Called Jeep and guess what... the part that was broken was covered by jeep.
They sent me to a dealership who fixed the two broken windows AND when I send them the receipt for the 1st window, they reimbursed me in less than a week! I must say I am impressed!
So now.. I am just waiting for the 4th and final window to fall and then I will have it repaired ( just a matter of time )
So- if your window "falls" contact jeep and if it is the bracket that failed, then they will take care of you!!

When you say that you called "jeep" do you mean the dealer or corporate?
