Comments? Sure, another in a long line of litigation forced actions. Audi almost went under because some people couldn't put their foot on the correct pedal. Ford had to replace millions of tires for a (statistically insignificant) "failure" of somebody else's tires. Now ONE magazine doing a high speed test rolls ONE vehicle (they admit they don't even know how fast they were going) and naturally it's an unsafe vehicle. The only reason the vehicle is being changed is because every personal injury lawyer in the country is just waiting for someone to do something equally stupid so they can go after the deep pockets. You want to be safe? Don't talk on cell phones while you drive, don't expect an SUV to drive like a go cart, question it when a drunk driver finally kills someone and then it comes out that they've had 14 past DUI arrests. In short - don't drive stupid and you will be fine.

You should have read the original article made by the people who rolled it.

What it all comes down to is never drive a SUV or a 4x4 like a sports car because it was not meant that way, period.

If you still have a head on your shoulders, your KJ should be fine!
