They are not defective, just a government agency blowing hot air. And as for Chevy, are you nuts! I'll drive a pinto before I drive that trash. My first Chevy was an 89 corsica, leaked gas and coolant. My next was a 01 venture, which as I posted here blew the head gasket. Along with other issues. And both rusted like nothing I have ever seen. The corsicas door nearly fell off to.
Anytime you get into a wreck, there is a risk for a fuel leak, and anytime there is a fuel leak, there is a risk for fire. First thing you should do when in a wreck, get everyone out of the cars if they are uninjured. If they are, and cant be moved, or are trapped, you should be looking for obvious signs of a fuel leak. If you witness a wreck, same thing. What are these fanatics going to do when they realize the new cars coming out with R1234yf have a semi-flammable gas in their a/c system? I heard about the fuel tank stink, which has been going on for better than 5 years if you paid attention. Notice I went and bought one anyways?
Biggest bunch of BS ever almost
and everyone running around like they're getting something for nothing
I for one won't be going in, don't want one of their hitches nor do I think its needed
They are just trying to please a very few who have been running around yelling " The sky is falling, the sky is falling"
So dang funny

Read the press release it is a recall for the Liberty. For the 1993 to 1998 Grand Cherokee and 2002 o 2007 Liberty its a Recall. For the 1999 to 2004 Grand Cherokee its a customer satisfaction campaign. You seem to be having a really hard time accepting this.
