Got my phone mount and lug nuts today, plus mounted the inverter and test-fitted my roof carrier. The wheels and air filter will be here sometime around the 15th. I decided to hold off on the lift and muffler because my wife is on me to get a new headunit so she can stream music from her phone, but I still plan to get them. I may trim the bumper this weekend depending on how hot it is.





And of course added my new badge

Hi all, this is my first jeep. Thought I'd introduce it to you all. I've had it for about 4 months now. Done a few items: Rusty's 2.5 coil, 15x7 cragars with goodyear wranglers, jba top plate, rear iso, rola roof basket and some cosmetic junk and new audio throughout.

So far so good. Only have 600 miles on it at this point. Rides smooth and better than before. the stock suspension had 120k on it and had sagged something horrible. My hub to fender was only 17" all around and now I am back up to 22 in front and 22 1/4 in rear. I might add a little clevis lift in front but its pretty good the way it its. I know people say the rusty's will sag but I got it on sale with a coupon so it was significantly cheaper than going OME or whatever, plus I don't plan on hard wheeling so the sag that will occur will take some time. And I am ok with that.

Yeah I've heard that too. I'm curious how it lasts long-term, its about half the cost of an OME lift even without discounts.

This is my 2003 Liberty Limited. Purchased in January 2013. This is the first Jeep I have ever owned and I must say I am beyond happy with my Liberty! Right now she sits pretty much stock, only things I've done is add a lite tint, Kenwood head unit, 2 Kenwood 12in subs with a Kenwood 1000w amp, and a Flowmaster 40 Series muffler. Some future plans include- Resonator delete, CAI, Step bars, new rims & tires, OME lift, maybe headers if I can find some.

Don't bother with the headers since you won't find any and they won't do anything anyway for the Libby. Same goes with the CAI, waste of money and won't net you any actual gains. Just stick with a good stock filter as it will keep the engine happy and clean compared to the K&N trash.

That sound system you have has to be killer

It sounds pretty good, not as heavy hitting as other systems I've had the the past. And those are the same model subs but the silver one is about 8months older than the black, the coil burnt up in the matching silver and took it back on warranty and the black one was the new model that replaced the silver. Thats why they look mix matched.

Thanks man! I just got my wheels and lug nuts on Tuesday, and my clevis spacers, top plates, and rear upper isos will be arriving from JBA on Friday. So, as of Saturday afternoon, I'm hoping to have it lifted ~1.25-1.5", sitting on the new wheels, and the front end freshly aligned. Then hopefully we'll get back out and take some new ones
