Juddering Brakes

I've done okay with changing other parts on my 2003 Liberty but I messed up on the brakes. They are juddering really badly when I apply pressure. Sears Auto have a $15 brake check so I'm going to take it there. I would still have to do any work myself. Any ideas from here as to what I did wrong?

If you're going to do the work yourself, why not just take the discs off and check em yourself...most likely you've warped your discs as its pretty common on these hogs
