jba adjust a struts and removing CV axles

I'm wondering if anyone has a trick for getting cv axles out without removing the jba coilovers. The clevis is not removable, so I'm thinking I'm out of luck.. just wondering if anyone's got any experience with this. fortunately, the coilovers are fairly easy to remove, just a juggling act trying to get the cv and the coilovers out together without ruining the seals.
