jack points
where should i jack the car up from?

Page 276 and 277 in the owners manual covers this:
Under the axle for the rear and for the front, on the body weld seam right by the tire to be changed. There are pictures in the manual that illustrate. I forget where but you can also download the manual in PDF form I also cant stress enough to get yourself jack stands and a proper pump jack. The scissor jack should only be used in emergencies as they can be very unsafe. i had a neighbor just last week that almost died due to a failed jack...actually he didn't chalk the tires and the car moved but you get my point. |
