Idle Issues - 07 Liberty Won't Start Without Throttle Open

This is a v6 2007 Liberty with the 2008 electronic throttle body.

Right now it only starts with the throttle open. If you let off the gas, it will idle roughly then die.

Today, I cleaned the throttle thoroughly (removed the whole thing)

I heard the camshaft position sensor could be an issue, so I replaced that. I also replaced the IAT sensor, since it had thrown a temp. code at a recent emissions test.

Anyone know what to do about these issues with an electronic throttle body? The vehicle is only starting with the gas pedal all the way down. And dies when you let your foot off the gas.
