How to paint Brake Calipers?

Anyone with experience in painting their own calipers? I saw a DIY kit at WalMart for $20. What should I be careful of when painting the calipers? Should I just mask them off or take them apart to a limited degree? Is it tricky to get them back together? I did my rear drums in black as rust looks way better. I just used a black enamel as they don't seem to get hot like the fronts.

i've used this stuff before

worked pretty good, no problems yet.
