help! Lower coolant hose leaking
I just replaced water pump, thermostat, and hoses because I had a leak an tire kingdom said that those were my issuses I got every thing to together flushed system an added new coolant got it to running temp with no leaks nowhere then I took it out for a test drive and now my lower hose by my thermostat houseing Seems to be leaking and I have coolant on fan blades what's going on!

The folks over on the KJ part of the forum would likely be better able to assist you.

That said, where exactly does the coolant appear to be seeping out of? Is the hose seated firmly? Clamped on?

Lower hose at thermostat hoseing, yes an yes I did have to cut each end of the hose about an 1/4inch on each end for it to fit with out to much bend in the

Are you sure its the hose? Sometimes thermostat housing doesn't get mated back to the engine well and leaks. Or thermostat housing cracks easily. How tight did you torque it when remounting?

Manufacture says 13 pound so I make it wrist tight on getting coolant on the hose and front of houseing and leaking on cross member I can't see ot coming out of the houseing is my fan getting wet cuz it running and it sucking coolant onto itself from where ever the leak is

This is for the 3.7 in your KJ Liberty, right? When talking about torque specs descending the engine will be important.
