symptoms: rough ideal, almost stalls, misfire type engine vibration (spark plugs replaced)
I would start with checking your wiring harness.When you have this many multiple codes,in most case means a wiring harness problem,or bad connection.I have seen and read about multiple codes and it would be odd to have all those circuit go at once.It also could be a bad PCM.
His is a '03 so what ever computer program(not a scanner) he is using is not correctly setup to read a '03 KJ.Plus the fact it does not list OEM specific codes I wouldn't trust what ever it displays,heck my $30 code puller is CAN readable and has all the OEM specific codes in it.
