Help!!

jeep liberty 2005 4x4 3.7 v6

got codes for a number 1 and 4 cylinder coil replaced all 6 of them and spark plugs...still missing....so replaced crank, cam, tps, cleaned TB,seafoamed....as soon as it starts engine is missing shaking...put it in gear stops til i come to a stop then rough idle...get out on the road runs great til i get about 50-60 or try to smash the gas it bucks and speedometer needle jumps back and forth til i let up then it goes and have to ease back into it...

had it at dealer charged me 90$ to get me codes i already had...telling me they want to chase wires.... at 90$ a hour or replace pcm(but not sure its the issue)....anyway know what to try next...erased codes after i replaced the coils no check engine light but still messed up...almost seems like it maybe cata didnt get much smoke on seafoam wonder if it clogged?

Check compression on all cylinders, and also hoo ka vacuum gauge to manifold vacuum while it is running to look for pulsing. Just a heads up, seafoam is about as useless as mammary glands on a boar hog. It isn't strong enough to clean anything really well. You need alot heavier duty stuff if you want to loosen crude up.
