I decided to go with the JBA Econo-Lift. One question; I will have an ARB Bull Bumper and probably a winch, what size clevis spacer should I go with, and do I need to get heavier duty springs, or are they already HD in the front?

just the regular Ironman lift ? Or the Econo kit with upper control arms etc ?
you will need the front springs for the CRD
