gear ratio/speed sensor???

could someone help me with a problem i'm having?
my jeep wont shift out of second gear. [limp mode?]

this happened very suddenly, out of a clear blue sky, while i was driving...

i'm praying it is the input/output speed sensors..
i pulled codes for

incorrect gear ratio -3rd gear
incorrect gear ratio -4th gear.

part numbers for these sensors anyone??
similar problems?

IS IT SAFE TO DRIVE IN LIMP MODE???
[in order to bring to a shop without towing it]

its probally an input or output speed sensor. Does the speedo work? if so it is more likely to be an input speed sensor a $25 fix.If you ohm the sensor and it's open across the pins that's the silver bullet you're looking for. Piece of cake
