i uninstalled them on my '05 crd to mount a front hitch for the plow. good luck running the bolts. you will ether have to remove the bumper or drill the frame like i did for the back mount of the hitch and fish wire them into place.

after i checked mopar site, it looks there is only one hook for the passenger side and i did see that the holes for the are kinda blocked by the bumper.
if any of you guys gave it installed from the factory, pls share pix

I installed the Mopar accessory one, (P/N 82211654) which is for the right side only. You can buy one for the left side, but since it's a regular service part it's about 60% more than the accessory version. I had to trim the bumper reinforcement a bit to make room for it. If I had a rasp bit for my Dremel, that would have been ideal, but I didn't so I clipped the plastic with a pair of garden snips - yup, what my wife uses to trim the roses. The whole thing took about a half hour. Not too bad lying on the ground on a nice October afternoon. Don't have a pic right off and am leaving for vacation in the morning so I'm sure someone will post before we get back.

Just tell her your gay and move out.

Oh and here's the best pic of the hooks I could come up with.

Not sure if this helps, but here are my tow hooks on my KK. The picture posted by XR isn't a KK (2008+). Note the two tow hooks - one on each side of the license plate.

Kind of blurry, I'll see if I can get better ones when my Jeep comes back home.

As for the part number, they came with the Jeep, so I don't know the number off hand.

hmm, its weird that you got 2 of them. when i checked mopar site they only list one. is there any way u can ask dealer when you are going to pick it up? it would a great help! also can you make a pic of the way they are bolted to the frame? i checked mine and i dont see the holes for them. thank you in advance, this pic already made it clear that both can be installed and not just the passenger one

I'm not sure if the tow hooks are available individually or as a set. Keep in mind that the rear tow hook IS a single. I *think* it's the same hook, so maybe they sell them in singles in case you want 1, 2, or 3.

I'm in the same boat as you VMF ... can't seem to get registered!?! The site tells you to contact an admin but then doesn't let you message anyone without an account ..lol. Would really like to be a part of L.O.S.T.! The badges alone are sweet!

Cheers All,
