Exhaust

I have the 2002 Liberty Limited. I have narrowed my exhaust choices for my 02 Liberty down to either the 40 series Flowmaster or the 50 series. I know the 50 series is more quiet but i want to be able to hear the flowmaster. I want something that sounds good with the V6 but I dont know if the 40 series will be to loud. I have looked all over youtube for clips but they all sound like crap since the recordings are all on camcorder microphones. I cant seem to be able to hear the real sound. Any thoughts on this?

I really want to see the results of this. I have wondered and even asked this myself.

I never get stuck, only temporarily delayed.

I use the Magnaflow ultra race muffler, the real small one(14" long,4" round) with a turndown after it.I like the sound of it better then a flowmaster, though I never liked the sound of the flowmaster on any engine. The magnaflow is like $60 from Summit.

Go with the Magnaflow, deeper sound, less drone. Flowmaster will give you to tinnie of a sound.

If you go to AutoAnything.com and enter in the info for your jeep, it will come up with the muffler you can use, or the whole system form the cat back, full system from cat back is $485 for the 3.7, muffler alone is from $70-90.

I have the Magnaflow system on my 05....I hate the sound Sounds like an Acura MDX. On my 02, i cut in a SpinTech muffler...sounds like a wet manifold boat...very nice sound. Not too loud, has base, a bit of drone while towing.
