Electronic Throttle Control and Malfunction Indicator Light, won't start

Hello all,

Does anyone have any advice for me? I left home for about a week, and came back to a 2006 liberty that won't start. The 2 ETC and MIL warnings are on the dashboard.

Useful Information:

It was really cold over the week I left it. I got back this morning to frost all over the car and it was 17 degrees F at that time.

Lights and radio come on, so I assume the battery is okay. But maybe there's only a little bit left, not enough to start the car but enough to turn the lights on?

It worked fine before I left. There was a tire pressure warning light on though.

A little less than a quarter of gas in the tank.

When I attempt to start it, I only hear 1 click and that's it. I can take it to the mechanic if necessary, but I want to hold off on that option as money isn't so great right now. Any advice?

What is the battery voltage? Have you tried to jump start or put a new battery in it? When the battery voltage gets low on these Jeeps the electrical gremlins are released.
