CRD fuel filter leaks

CRD owners, keep a watch on your fuel filter assembly for leaks through the electrical plug connections. A fuel leak will become noticable if you unplug the electrical connectors, then depress the primer pump several times. May squirt fuel out through the plug sockets under pressure. May also be the source of that mystery air-in-fuel leak problem.

In any case this is a potential safety/fire hazard as you might have fuel leaking through an electrical connection.

Just think what might happen if the heater plug had a bad connection and got hot I checked mine today and no leaks but the amount of air in the filter was unreal Jeep now runs better then it ever has
