CRD fans - cool (non-jeep) diesel video.
This is only Jeep Liberty related in this way:
Jeep makes the LIberty CRD which are diesels This is an ad for a car company which also makes diesels Thats it. If you don't care - please move along. For us diesel heads who bought a CRD and are kind of interested in all things diesel - this is a really cool ad: Audi R10 TDI I remember the hubub when Volkswagen started using TDIs in the rally racing circuits. First people laughed. Then VW started winning. Then people complained it was cheating. ![]() Looks like diesel power is starting to get accepted into circles other than big pickups and tractors. ![]()

Within the last few years, there was another diesel powered car at Le mans. If my memory is correct, it had a Cat or Cummins engine. Anyway, it was respectable and maybe it's strong suit was fuel mileage and it was pretty quick as well. I think diesel's are allowed more displacement or turbo boost too.
