Coolant fluid change only 6 quarts drain?

2002 Liberty

Ok, as per the Jeep Service Manual, I start this procedure and only 6 quarts drain out. How to get the rest out and how do you refill. I have seen no true answers on this. Should the bleeder screw be used?
Thanks

You need to open the pet**** on the bottom of the radiator as well as opening the drain plug somewhere on the engine block in order to complete evacuate the system. OK, well, that's what we had to do on the older cars and trucks.

It will be low on the engine block. The position will differ with each type of engine.
