I cannot find any of those codes in any of my FSMs or on any of the jeep forums.

How did you extract those codes?
What year is your CRD?

2002 2.5 Export CRD Manual 5 speed.

Both codes could be set due to poor grounds, or earths in your neck of the woods. Find the wiring diagram, see if the components share a ground, and check it. I dont know the exact year of your jeep, but if its more then a couple years old, ground/earths can be a factor.
