Code p0685

My friend has a liberty and hes got a no crank no start situation. His reader is throwing the p0685 code, Im having issues finding answers to this because my google searches come to Honda Accords.

So this is the info I have
3.7 L V6 sport
No crank no start
power to all other auxiliaries
Starter not even clicking
and
P0685 ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit /Open code

Already tried resetting the computer. Any help ahead of time is appreciated

From the 2010 KK FSM (you didn't specify which year):

P0685-AUTO SHUTDOWN CONTROL CIRCUIT

When Monitored:
With ignition on. Battery voltage above 10 volts.

Set Condition:
The actual ASD state is not equal to the desired ASD state. One Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.

Possible Causes
(K51) ASD CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE
(K51) ASD CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN
(K51) ASD CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM)
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Well its a kj, thats why I posted it here. We know what the possible causes of this are we just want to know is it an absolute for that ASD relay? We dont want to start throwin parts at a problem then $600 later its fixed.
