Hi guys,

iīm searching since a few months for the westin brush guard (like on the photo) but every shop in the network canīt delivery this item anymore.

But i just want to have this one, no one from Aries or so on...

Does anyone knows a source, it can also be a used guard...

MoD on LOSTJEEPS did have one for sale a few days ago
They're not worth much, very little if any protection, can't have tow hooks with it on, unless you just want it for the looks

Thanks for your answer, yes of course, i just want to have it for the look.

My KJ is only thought as dailydriver not for offroad driving. for offroad i`ve my WJ..

If there are no tow hooks, i think i`ll weld some on..

Do you have a link to the offer?

samse2101

EDIT: hi, found the offer you meant -> http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB...p?f=35&t=76550

but it`s not the guard i want -> this one has square lamp protecting tubes left an right.
a KJ brush guard should have round lamp protecting tubes.

They often do that use the same photo for similar products.
Thats a lot for what you get, half way to a real bumper which is much stronger and will protect the front of your KJ actually

I know, but a good bumper like the ARB or so on is not possible to mount on my car in Austria, because its not allowed. Do you have maybe some other links for me?

News: they asked me in which year my KJ was built...

Are there differences in the building years? I only knowed that there are mounting differences between the different models like sport, limited, renegade and so on...

No mounting differences in between years or Sport Limited etc.
ONLY thing different is the bumper design which you can cut out for the brackets
Also mounting is the same for 08-12 KKs

The picture you have is the 02-04 which has rectangular ones for the mounts, 05-07 had a smaller hole and then a part that you can cut out for tow hooks etc.
Have you looked at the Matrix Brush Guard from jeepinbyal ?
Very sturdy PLUS has a great mount for towing

The answer from the seller:

Quote:
This is not the correct grille guard for your vehicle. The only one that we have for your vehicle at this time is completely sold out. I apologize.
The same i thought...

This one you mean? -> http://jeepinbyal.com/jeep-liberty-k...ush-guard.html

Maybe its a good guard, but i doesn`t like the look...
