I’ve seen so many different stock Liberty wheels out there... What package does this wheel come with? Tons of people upgrade wheels and tires... anyone got a set of these lying around that they are looking to sell?

That looks like the Columbia Edition Wheel...I believe from the 04 model year.
This wheel is close but not the gray color Detroit Wheel and Tire: HOL.9049MGG |

They first Came on 00-01 XJ's and were called Icons.

They're actually different from those wheels...VERY similar...but the XJ's wheels have less backspacing
