I am assuming they are not finished with it yet, but i hope the add some fender flares to mimic the ones on the kj. Just kind of keeping the same overall look.

Im not too big in these huge modes and still calling it what it was. Nascar camry is not a camry, hope the bds kj at least resembles a kj a little more.

Motor and transmisson I believe. It is still enough of a kj to call it one. so they did some chopping and put some hefty axles under it. Now if I could only talk the gf into doing that to her kj...... congrats Tom of getting to see that beast rolling!

Did they end up getting the tranny issue figured out? I saw somewhere that it was going into limp mode and they thought it might have had to do with the sensors.

Well since it doesn't use any lift parts for a normal KJ

No

Ya i feel the same way. Thats why i wished they used more off the shelf style parts with a little bit of fab. Hopefully they learned a few things and may develop a better kit for the kj than what they have now.

Builds like this dont impress me much, yes its impressive with the amount pf work they have done, but you could possibley do this with any vehicle. Wish they stuck to a more traditional kj and developed new parts for the kj.

KJs are not a big enough market
Traditional build wouldn't of stood up to what they put them through. If you look at the other vehicles on the UA they are all the same or even wilder in the builds
