Asking price

I don't know a lot about KJs, but my mom is getting ready to sell hers but neither of us has any idea whats its worth. Its a 2007 Limited. 3.7L 4x4 with 104,500 miles. Its very clean with regular maintenance. KBB says around $9000 and Nada says around $11,000. Is it really worth that much? They are on autotrader for anything between $7000 and $12000 with varying mileage. I wanted to get some expert opinions, is this thing really still worth $10k?

Thanks!

if it is clean and in decent shape 10000.00 is about right. if you have the maint. records, you might get 11. this assumes clean car fax.

I bought my 2007 last May for $14,000, but it only had 42,000 miles on it and was in mint condition. I think pentastarguy is probably about right.

Thanks for the replies guys! She's had it for about 5 years now and wants to move up to a 2014 patriot that she is special ordering with exactly the options she wants. So at least she's staying in the jeep family! I guess I'll tell her to throw an $11k price tag on it and go from there.

Sent from inside my dinosoar head.

Keep the KJ…….

When the pavement ends, you better have some ground clearance!

I think she will miss the KJ as I did the opposite transition from MK to KK. She picked a good year to move to since the new Hyundai transmission is used for only the 14' model year in exchange for the CVT. I had a love/hate relationship with the CVT.

Anyway, start high and work your way down. Id say 11k is reasonable for a 2007 with that mileage.
