Crankit give it the gas and keep it up to around 1500 to 2000 rpms for a couple mins it'll run fine... any help would be greatly appreciated... o and since this problem mpg sucks...

Is seafoam recommended here?
I think the idea of it is great, but I was also under the impression it caused a lot of issues, fouling the spark plugs, fouling the catalytic converter and rest of the pipes, eating away at rubber seals etc.

I found seafoam to be all but useless in cleaning anything really dirty. Makes pretty smoke, to make you think it works, but that is just the chemical itself burning. There's some good stuff from BG, Valvoline, Ford, and Mopar that will clean the top end of the engine and make it look like new.

Your symptoms sound like a dirty idle control solenoid/valve, or a faulty one. A good cleaning of the throttlebody would do wonders.

A issue like yours has also been known to be caused by a bad battery.

x2 on the battery. I've had the exact issue a couple of times and both times the battery was the fix.

That is a multifuction switch(turn signal/headlight,wipers) going bad.Takes like 5mins to change out.

Make sure you get the correct switch. There are two types of switch depending on if you have front fog lights fitted or not
