Another front end noise gremlin?

After installing my lift I developed a creaking noise in the front end along with a cyclical knocking sound. The creak is heard when starting from a dead stop, almost like a bushing that is tight, the knocking seems to cycle with the suspension speed does not effect it. Going down smooth pavement no noticeable noise. CV axle and inter mediate shaft already replaced, I went back through the entire front suspension and rechecked/retorqued all lift components. I have also changed out the front sway bar bushings and end links with moog replacements. It seemed better for a few days, but now getting a bit louder. All sway components were torqued with full weight on the ground, as were the JBA uppers. Any thoughts on where else to look? I did go back up under today and it seems the sway bar link is slightly off angle from the sway bar itself, although it is torqued to 100ftlbs. I'm going to pull both links off in the morning and slowly drive around the block to just make sure it's not the links. Am I missing something else?

Just a quick ball joint update for all. Due to time constraints I just did not have time to take the jeep out of service to replace the lower ball joints. I called jeep customer care and they were very helpful by letting the recall still applies on the liberties. I called my local jeep dealer and they are changing them as we speak at no charge, doing the alignment and giving me a free oil change for the inconvenience. Wow!
