Adjusting the rear 2004 Liberty back door for no squeaks and rattles

Anyone know what to adjust? Anypics of the adjustment area. Got my wife to sit all the way in the back and hold the door which stopped the rattles. She won't stay there all the time so I have to fix the rattle. Maybe she can stay there for a week or two, COOL! I have to fix it it drives me nuts. Not my wife the squeaks? Although both rattle quite a bit!
