Accident Related Tire Rubbing Issue - Help

I bought my first car, a used 2004 Liberty Sport, about 6 months ago and recently got into a small accident that messed up my driver's side fender and a section of the front bumper. I got new fender clips and reattached that, but now I am noticing some rubbing when I turn. The driver's side tire is rubbing against the inside of the fender and I'm not sure if the body was slightly misshapen by the accident or if I am missing a bolt or clip or something. Has anyone heard of this sort of thing? Is there a reasonably easy fix or should I just cut the portion that is rubbing and be done with it? Thanks
