4wd indicator light malfunction
My wife has a '03 Liberty Sport with the 3.7 automatic and for the last 40k miles the 'part time' yellow light has been on. The jeep is definately not in 4wd (I even jacked it up to make sure) the position sensor must just be screwed up. If I do shift into 4wd the light goes off (go figure) and the 4wd works just fine. Warnock Jeep wanted $313 to repair it at the last service (60k mile). Anyone experienced a similar problem or have the information on how to fix this annoying problem?

thats a bit rich
the sensor costs about 90 US dollars your lucky they cost 160 Aussie mine has stopped working so they are stinging you on labour charges |
