3.7 remanufactured engine

Bought 2002 liberty ltd about 8 months ago, lifters unseated and dropped into valve ruining the engine. I am considering a reman engine purchase from either powertrainproducts.net 2699.99 or jasper 3600.00. I would obviously like to pay less. Jasper has a solid reputation but can't find much info on powertrain. Anybody ever purchased an engine from powertrain? What was your experience?

Quality before cost. Ask them specifically:
1. Do they put new intake seats in the heads. This is a known problem. A dropped seat can ruin the engine.
2. Do they replace the chain adjusters. Not expensive if they go out later but hard to get to.
3. Do they replace the HLA. Pretty easy to get to but pretty cheap to replace while they have it apart.
