2007 KJ, A/C clutch doesn't engage

I am wondering if this may be a switch or relay problem. Is there anyway to test these before buying new ones?

If charge is low you can jumper the pressure switch and it should force the compressor to run. Don't want to do it for long but worth a try. Maybe it is low on refrigerant and needs to be evacuated and refilled.

Swap the A/C Relay out with an identical one hopefully nearby and check all the fuses and put a voltmeter on the lead going to the clutch with reference to ground... Alas I do not have 2007 circuit diagrams
